Has Anyone Taken Alli The Weight-Loss Aid In Capsules?

Has anyone taken Alli the weight loss aid? How did it make you feel while taking the diet aid?
Curious as to how the results turn out...

I know that it's the only FDA-approved product, so that's trustworthy. It prevents 25% of consumed fat from being digested... so if you're eating a lot of fat throughout the day, you're counteracting the effects of the product? It works fine? and what is the side effects?

Hi all, I think it is really dangerous. So I don't recommend it at all. I took Alli Pill for about a month. I couldn't handle the side effects. I didn't like running to the bathroom if I ate more than 10 g of fat. Alli does have side effects, all the fat that is being blocked has to come out of your body somehow so when you go the bathroom your poop will come out with alot of visible oil, huge amounts of oil, all that oil is the fat your body did not absorb. If you eat foods with huge amounts of fat (like pizza), when you go to the bathroom it will be a mess, really disgusting.

I used Alli before for a year. The results...I lost 20 pounds and diagnosed with gallbladder stones...My doctor said it's due to Alli...Watch out, if you have pain on your right side of your abdomen go see a doctor.

Just a little advise before starting any type of method of diet! Walking or jogging, running and cardio is the best way to lose weight. It's cheap too which is a huge plus. Don't over do it; especially to start with. Find a comfortable distance to run and do it EVERY DAY at a comfortable pace. Go too far or too fast and you'll quit pretty soon.

A balaced diet and sensible exercise program will help but at the end of the day its all down to will power.

I've taken Alli since it came on the market, about 4 weeks. In that time I have lost 8 pounds without changing my diet or exercise. I have changed from an evening heavy meal to a lite meal. I eat a heavier meal at lunch. I have no real side effects. Loose stools but certainly not out of control. I can handle meetings, etc without worry. I think they advertise the side effects so they don't get sued by some nut case. For me it is an excellent experience. I am excited to see where my weight ends up.

I have a friend who tried it and it worked...it comes w/ a diet plan. But Alli have serious side effect, like uncontrollable bowel movements. And I don't know anyone who wants to have an accident on themselves.

If you want to lose weight you can ask you doctor to and she/he can give you the name to some nutritionist.

My mom uses it and she lost a ton of weight, it has a meal planner that comes with it, recipes, and exercise plans. But the side effects.. are unpleasant. You can't eat too much fat or you can squirt orange fat in your underwear. No lie.
