Has anyone taken Alli the weight loss aid? How did it make you feel while taking the diet aid?
Curious as to how the results turn out...
I know that it's the only FDA-approved product, so that's trustworthy. It prevents 25% of consumed fat from being digested... so if you're eating a lot of fat throughout the day, you're counteracting the effects of the product? It works fine? and what is the side effects?

Just a little advise before starting any type of method of diet! Walking or jogging, running and cardio is the best way to lose weight. It's cheap too which is a huge plus. Don't over do it; especially to start with. Find a comfortable distance to run and do it EVERY DAY at a comfortable pace. Go too far or too fast and you'll quit pretty soon.
A balaced diet and sensible exercise program will help but at the end of the day its all down to will power.
I have a friend who tried it and it worked...it comes w/ a diet plan. But Alli have serious side effect, like uncontrollable bowel movements. And I don't know anyone who wants to have an accident on themselves.
If you want to lose weight you can ask you doctor to and she/he can give you the name to some nutritionist.
My mom uses it and she lost a ton of weight, it has a meal planner that comes with it, recipes, and exercise plans. But the side effects.. are unpleasant. You can't eat too much fat or you can squirt orange fat in your underwear. No lie.
