I'm in a great mood during Thanksgiving and Christmas, "Holiday Depression" doesn't exist with me! I love that this is the most magical time of year. Everything feels different this time of year in a good way.
Now not all of us are lucky enough to be with Family, but I will be seeing them this weekend and giving them their gifts. I love spending time with my family. It gives me something to look forward to because I get invited to so many parties.
I like watching my family and seeing all my little cousins playing with their presents. Oh and the smell and the LIGHTS. And who doesnt like presents? Oh and my dad staying at our house for a couple days. And getting up really early and closing my eyes so I can wake up my parents before I see my presents.
It's the best part to me. I love it. :)

Ok, I know I am sure excited!
The great Christmas "mood" everyone seems to have during December!!
Last year I was really broke. I had just filed bankruptcy and my kids told me I couldn't buy any christmas presents. That is really tough for me because I would much rather buy presents than get them. But I am a crafter/scrapbooker and put my thinking cap on. I made presents for everyone and didn't spend any money.
What a great christmas.
Today is Black Friday. I'm buying a new 42 inch hdtv from local shop, and a vacuum/sweeper. And probably some toys and dvd's for the kids. Can't wait!
