If you dont want to spend the money, here is a natural method i heard of: every morning before you stand up or do ANYTHING take your temperature. Keep track of what it is every day and the day you see a spike, you are ovulating.

There are ovulation tests all can buy at local pharmacy. Other than that, I think all ovulate about 12 days after the first day of period.
